I’m James, Architectural Designer, Property Developer and Self-Builder.

I work with homeowners, self-builders and other professionals on projects ranging from small extensions up to new build developments since qualifying from University with a BSc in Architectural Design.

With a passion for Self-Builds and contemporary design, I aim to turn the client’s vision into reality and help create beautiful, sustainable homes that are practical, innovative and functional.

As well as my design work, I also work on-site and project manage bespoke new builds and developments. I find this approach very rewarding as not only do I get to see the projects evolve from the design stage and into reality but I also help build them.
