Located on a 0.6 acre site overlooking parkland in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire.

Originally constructed in the 1840’s, this Gate House had been left in disrepair after a previous owners failed bid for planning to demolish it.

The brief was to bring this iconic building back into the 21st century whilst maintaining its historic significance and character within the village.

Under permitted developments a new single storey extension and loft conversion was undertaken as well as giving it a new contemporary layout.
